Batch Menu

NOTE: This menu is visible only if you have check marked Batch Menu on the View MenuBatch Mode is a specialized function for technical users.

Batch Mode Toggle on/off the Batch Mode operation. Batch Mode performs a batch, or series, of Find or Replace operations. You create the batch as a Batch Mode file, using other commands on the Batch Menu, which are shown below. In addition, when you toggle Batch Mode on, the Batch Mode window opens up, containing the Batch Mode file for display and editing.

Add Add what is in Find, Replace, Folder(s), and File(s), as well as key options, to the current Batch Mode file in the Batch Mode window.

Execute Run the batch of commands in the current Batch Mode file.

Open Batch Open a Batch Mode file that has been saved on disk.

Save Batch Save a Batch Mode file to disk.

Save Batch As First name, then save, a Batch Mode file.
