Web Tools enables you to access online up to 6 sites that you use frequently to search for information, e.g.,
an online dictionary, search engines, and resources for your research. Choose your sites from the menu
Tools | Set Options for Tools.
Web Tools uses the Internet Explorer engine, which is included with the Windows operating system.
The Internet Explorer engine is present even if you do not use Internet Explorer as your web browser.
URL and GO Type an URL (Internet address) into the text field and press Enter or click the GO button.
Save Current Page As Save the current page to a file on your drive or a disk.
Send Link by Email Send the current page's address by email.
Printer Setup Set up your printer.
Print Print the current page.
Close Close Web Tools.
Copy Copy selected text on the current page.
Select All Select all text on the current page.
Find (on this page) Find text on the current page.
Search (files, Internet) Search for files or search on the Internet.
Add Favorite Add the current page in Web Tools to your list of favorite sites.
Organize Favorites Create folders, move favorites to folders, delete favorites, and so on.
The first 6 items on this menu are the tools you choose in Set Options for Tools.
Set Options for Tools Set the titles and Internet addresses of your commonly used web sites, as well as other options for Web Tools.
Internet Options Set options for Internet Explorer. NOTE: If you use Internet Explorer
as your web browser, these options affect it as well as Web Tools. If you use Internet Explorer, you
should not need to change the Internet Options. If you do not use Internet Explorer, you should see
Internet Options to set a home page, to set a security level, and so on.

Go back a page.
Go forward a page.
Stop loading the page.
Refresh (reload) the page.
Go to the home page.
Search the Internet.
Email the page's link (URL).
Print the page.
Tool Name Enter a short name for your online tool as shown.
URL (web address) Enter the Internet address of your online tool.
Resolve Favorites URLs as INI files Check mark this unless your Windows system fails to list your Favorites
in Web Tools.
NOTE: Popups include unwanted pages, URLs opened with Shift click, and URLs opened with 'Open in New Window' from the right-click menu.
Put Popups into Popup Bin Web Tools includes a scrap page, or bin, to catch pop-up pages.
Choose this to put pop-up pages into the bin. NOTE: Do not navigate (click on links) within the Popup bin.
Open in Internet Explorer Choose this to open pop-up pages in a new instance of Internet Explorer.
Try to cancel Choose this to try to cancel the pop-up action. The Popup Bin is not used.
Some sites, e.g., Fox News, which use Javascript to open pop-up ads may give a script error with this option.
Hide Popup Bin Check mark this to hide the Popup Bin's tab.
