To access a local pop-up menu in the Persistent File List area, place the mouse pointer in that area and right-click the mouse. The following choices are on the File List Local Menu.
Take File List from Results Make a file list for the next Find or Replace operation by extracting the file names from Results. NOTE that you can take a file list from Results to narrow down your search. For example, suppose you found a number of files containing “MacDonald.” Now you realize you want to find files with “old” and “MacDonald.” Just change your Find entry to “old” and select Take File List from Results to search through only the “MacDonald”-containing files you already found.
Clear File List Erase the names in the persistent file list.
