When you purchased one or more licenses for Book Writer™, identification numbers and passwords were created automatically. Their descriptions, including where to find them, are as follows:
Note: You do not need any of these identification numbers and passwords to run Book Writer™.
| Customer ID | Your customer ID is a number such as 12345. It is unique. Its purpose is to identify your license for Book Writer™. You do not need your Customer ID to use the program. However, access to some parts or functions of the website (www.yadudigital.com) may require your Customer ID, as well as your password. |
| Where to find your Customer ID Choose Help on the Main Menu, and then choose Purchase.

| Password | Your password consists of 6 to 10 alphanumeric characters, for example, 7XPZW4BDCA. This password is associated with your Customer ID. You do not need your password to use the program. | Where to find your Password Your password was given to you at the time of purchase. It was emailed to the address you provided on the order form or over the telephone. If you ordered online with a credit card, it was displayed to you with a suggestion that you save it. If you lost your password: Visit http://www.YaduDigital.com . | Order ID | Your Order ID is an alphanumeric identification such as 12345-000520142638. You will not need your Order ID unless you have made more than one order for licenses and you make an inquiry over the telephone about a particular order. |

| Multiple license password |
If you did not purchase multiple licenses under the same Customer ID, you can ignore this password. Your multiple-license password consists of 6 to 10 alphanumeric characters. It is different from your main password, which is described above. It is useful for no purpose other than to unlock the program on a computer that is to use one of the multiple licenses. |
| Where to find your Multiple-license Password You received your multiple-license password when you purchased multiple licenses. If you purchased online, your multiple-license password was included in a receipt emailed to you. If you lost your multiple-license password: Start your Internet browser. Then follow the instructions above for Customer ID to open the Web Info section of the Purchase dialog. Enter your main password under the display of your Customer ID and Order ID in the Web Info section. Click on the button labeled “Get Web Info.” The program will retrieve your multiple-license password from the website.
