If you have not received email that you were expecting:  Check your 'Junk', 'Spam', or 'Bulk' email folder before contacting support.  You may need to add yadudigital.com to your accepted sites.

If you have lost or forgotten a user name or password:  Do not contact us before you try to retrieve your password and/or user name from the appropriate log-in page.  That page has a link to retrieve user names or passwords.

NOTE that the registration and log-in (user name, password) for the ticket system are different from the registration and log-in for any other area or facility.
