Set the vertical position of the currently selected frame or drawing object. A dialog appears, in which the position may be set to Top of the Page, Top Margin, or Current Paragraph.
If Top of the Page or Top Margin is chosen, the frame or drawing object retains its current position even when text is inserted before it. If Current Paragraph is chosen, the frame or drawing object keeps its position relative to the current paragraph.
