Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a bug-free world. If you have run across a bug in one of our products, please report it according to the following guidelines.

First, make sure that you have downloaded the latest version. A newer version may have eliminated your bug.
If you do not have an error or malfunction to report but you wish to suggest an improvement or enhancement, please use the suggestion form instead of this page so that your idea will go the the proper person.
Read the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) to see if there are any answers, tips, or workarounds that address your problem.
Use the Bug Report Form below to report a bug. Do not email bug reports to us. Bugs flying around in emails are ignored. Bugs reported below are put into a database where they can be tracked centrally by both programmers and administrators.
